- As usual an excellent visit. I went in for an echocardiogram and the tech conducting the test was very professional and knowledgeable. My doctor always strives for the best possible patient care. Although, I have many cardiologists near my home (within 10 minutes) I rather drive over a hour to see Dr Saluck and Duane. They truly care about patients. Thank you.Read MoreRead Less
luiscards6/29/2026I recently had a stress test done at Citrus Cardiology Lecanto campus. From my arrival to my completion of the testing, I was treated with professionalism, care and understanding. It is difficult to go through a testing that you do not know what to expect. Brooke, Mark and Tasha are the epitome of caring professionals that put their patient’s comfort above all else. I highly recommend Citrus Cardiology. My doctor is Dr. Barad, and I am completely comfortable and at ease with his care. Dr. Barad’s compassion about my heart health is evident and he does not mask the importance of being actively involved in my cardiac health and what I need to do to stay on track with achieving the best results. The entire team has been a wonderful experience for both me and my husband. So glad we are patients with a highly reputable and respected Cardiac care practitioner and Citrus Cardiology!Read MoreRead Less

Marcus M.6/12/2026Amazing doctors!, facility, & staff. To let you know how much I believe in them, I put my life in their hands ❤️ and I'm still alive, thank you CC
I see alot of people complaining about the check out, billing, having to wait, a little extra time having to wait. If you've ever been to Tampa general North, Citrus memorial, you will see your doctors working. To see the doctors at the hospital was a wake up call for me. Friday night, Saturday morning & night ....... and on a Sunday morning & afternoon. I even made the comment," I expected they would be at the country club or the golf courses or at home with their wife and kids .....NOPE !!! They we're visiting and checking on their patients ❤️
Next time you want to complain, remember, if something happens and you end up in the hospital. They will be there for you. Thank God there at the hospital when I'm having a heart attack.
THANK YOU for being at the hospital when I need them.
So yes, you might have to wait, an hour or two sometimes, but I would bet anybody if they're not at their office. They're at the hospital working on their patients. ❤️ Thank you Dr Topi and Kloss. You saved my life ❤️🤍💙Read MoreRead Less
Robin C.6/12/2026Dr. Topi is, without a doubt, the best cardiologist I have ever seen. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly.
Christina V., APRN, was equally amazing. She was attentive, caring, and made me feel heard and supported throughout my visit. Their bedside manner is exceptional, and they truly treat patients with empathy and respect.
The entire team was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful during a very difficult time. Their compassion and dedication made all the difference when we needed it most.
Thank you, Dr. Topi, Christina, and the entire staff for the outstanding care you provide. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking exceptional cardiovascular care.

The Boom of Brownwood: An Exponential Growth Story in Wildwood, Florida
Zip codes 32163, 34785
Brownwood Paddock Square, one of the newest and most vibrant additions to The Villages, Florida, stands as a testament to rapid, thoughtful urban development. Located within the city of Wildwood, this bustling neighborhood represents a significant demographic expansion and economic growth, making Wildwood a crucial fulcrum of development in Florida in recent years.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of The Villages metropolitan statistical area grew by 39% from 93,420 in 2010 to 130,094 in 2020, making it one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the U.S. This population growth, is heavily centered around new areas like Brownwood, has significantly impacted the broader city of Wildwood.
Wildwood itself has seen a remarkable surge in population numbers over the past few years. In 2010, it had a modest population of about 3,924. By 2020, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, that figure had ballooned to over 8,400, representing a more than 100% increase in just a decade. Much of this growth can be attributed to the spread of The Villages, and particularly the development of areas like Brownwood.
Inspired by the historic “Cracker” (Florida Pioneer) style, Brownwood marries old-world charm with modern amenities, creating a unique and inviting environment. As part of the broader Villages community, Brownwood residents enjoy a rich tapestry of lifestyle offerings, including golf courses, recreational centers, shopping complexes, and a variety of eateries, providing the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm that retirees seek.
What makes Brownwood unique within The Villages is its theming, which pays homage to Florida’s cattle and citrus industry. The architecture and aesthetics are inspired by the look and feel of a late 1800s cattle town, providing a distinctive living experience. Its centerpiece, Paddock Square, features a log cabin stage, fire pit, and a life-size bronze horse statue that offers a sense of the Florida cattle industry’s rich history.
The commercial boon spurred by the population growth has turned Wildwood, and particularly Brownwood, into a hub of economic activity. The thriving local economy has been powered by an influx of businesses, from small boutiques and restaurants to large-scale retail stores, responding to the increased demand for services. Consequently, job opportunities within the city have also surged, contributing to an increased standard of living for many residents.
In addition to business and population growth, Brownwood’s expansion has catalyzed infrastructural development within Wildwood. To accommodate the swelling population, the city has improved and expanded local roads, utilities, and public services. Wildwood’s transformation reflects not just quantitative growth, but an improvement in the quality of life offered to its residents.
Brownwood’s success is also a testament to the power of careful urban planning. By creating a community that caters specifically to the desires and needs of its residents, The Villages has managed to foster a sense of belonging and satisfaction that fuels its continued growth. The development of Brownwood has shown that by focusing on creating a high-quality living environment, cities can drive significant demographic and economic expansion.
In conclusion, the rise of the Brownwood section within The Villages has driven unprecedented growth for the city of Wildwood. The burgeoning population has catalyzed economic prosperity and infrastructural advancement, making Wildwood a standout example of flourishing urban development in Florida. As The Villages continues to expand,
